Howdy everyone,
I just wanted to jump on really quick to share some news.
First, I wanted to let everyone know that I’ve suspended the payments on the Delve Patreon for April, and will likely do so as long as most of us are stuck at home or braving being essential workers. I appreciate the support, but I also know it’s lean times for everyone, and I’ve raised enough money to purchase the next round of artwork. I’ve been busy hammering out chapters of the Proto book and laying out those that are done. Rick is busy illustrating. So the project is running along smoothly.

Speaking of art, here is a new piece. Rick Hershey of Fat Goblin Games illustrated this for Chapter 3: Class. Here, Doma and Thillion take on a mess of mummies.
Keep in mind that if you were thinking of joining the Patreon, and no charges sound enticing, I am pretty sure that Patreon will charge you for the level you are entering, but you’ll not be charged each month the pause on payments continues. That is, I’m pretty sure that’s how it works.
I’m also going to run some online playtest games for Delve in April and May. I’ll be using Roll20 and Zoom for these games. They’ll be running on Tuesday afternoons, PST, though the time can be somewhat flexible based on group needs. Here is
Game 1: April 14th: 3 p.m., PST
Game 2: April 21st: 3 p.m., PST
Game 3: April 28th: 3 p.m., PST
Game 4: May 5th: 3 p.m., PST
The games use pre-generated characters (the iconics illustrated by Rick), the sessions run 4-5 hours, which gives enough time to explain the rules, and for you all to ask questions and give feedback.
Seating priority goes first to Delvers on the Patreon, second to Lurkers, and open slots go to everyone else (first-come-first-served in all categories). If you are interested in playing, email me at srm@delve-rpg.com, with your name, time preference, and let me know if you’ve played any of my convention Delve games.
For now, that is all. Stay safe, stay healthy, and I hope to see some of you around the virtual game table very soon!
